My Rescue

Description:
Audrey is a special little senior gal who has faced just about everything life can throw at a dog. She has dementia, scoliosis, cataracts, hearing loss, luxating patella, etc. Even after being abandoned on a NC highway, she found her way to rescue. This is one tough cookie.

We have made the decision after consulting with her vet that Audrey's challenges are extensive. Although she has stayed with us far longer than we ever initially expected, we have decided that caring for her in a sanctuary foster home continues to be the right choice, rather than adopting her out with so many health issues. This has given her the opportunity to live her last days in a warm snuggly Home and enjoy the things she should have had all alon.

Thank you for loving Audrey Grace so much. She's a little spitfire and continues to amaze us every day.
