Description:
Clint is a stunning powderpuff who had a very rough start as one of the dogs from Grimes County Texas hoading case. He has been with us in foster care for quite some time learning to trust people and adapt to home life. He has come a very long way but will need an experienced and understanding family to help him to continue his transformation to being a real dog.

Clint is still very shy around people but is willing to accept pets from his foster family.  Because of his extreme shyness, a fence will be a must.  Also he will need a quieter home without children, Clint thrives on routine.  We are working on leash walking - as you can imagine this is very new to him. Clint will also need a home that has a well-balanced doggie sibling. He learns from his foster siblings and needs a good role model. 

Clint also must wear a belly band at all times, potty training in his previous life didnt exist and he marks everything.  Despite his  bathroom manners, he gets along well with all dogs.  He is very submissive and loves to curl up with a friend. We have not yet tested him with cats.

Clint has made great progress but still has a long road ahead and the move to a new family could likely be very scary for him. His family will need to be experienced with dogs like Clint, but will be rewarded with a dog with much potential and love to give.
