This young, nekkid guy will entertain you non-stop! Riggs B. Dogg is quite a character and knows it. (The "B" stands for "BIZZY"!) He loves attention and activity. He's new in foster care but it's quite obvious that he's superfly, super smart and super cute!

Riggs would do best in a home with one (or more) dogs who will play with him. He is relentless and can be quite vocal about his huge craving for attention from any and/or all his four-legged friends. He will "play nip", jump on and annoy them until they either hide, get vocal back, get angry or give in and tolerate a little bit of a chase. He can be very stubborn about calming down.

In the evening, he's obviously tired but will still be on high speed. So he wants to nibble on his jammie sleeves or my fingers or anything close by and can't be still. Jokingly, I accuse him of having "restless body (instead of leg) syndrome".

With a healthy diet and a consistent and good skin care routine, his skin should improve. He has quite a few blackheads and is prone to breakouts on his legs.
